When you are entering item numbers over the internet, do not use the characters ( / ) or ( - ). If you have not entered these characters, and are still encountering problems, please contact customer service for assistance.
How do I return a product?

Is there a minimum order amount I need to spend?
No. There is no minimum order amount.
I want to order some office furniture. Can I do that online?
Not all furniture is available online. If you do not see what you are looking for, please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to assist you with your furniture order. Please note, additional freight charges may apply to some furniture orders.
Can I order custom products, like custom stamps?
Yes, if you do not see the custom item you need in our print catalog or web site, please contact Customer Service. They will be happy to assist you with your custom product needs.
If I don’t receive all of the items in my order, how long do I have to report it to Customer Service?
Please report missing items within seven days from the delivery date.
